This circle is for Women and will be a casual, co-creative space to play with our vocal expression. This is NOT about sounding 'good' but about allowing ourselves to reconnect to the power of our Voices.
๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐จ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ฌ is a sacred plant which was absolutely revered by the Ancient Egyptians for thousands of years and holds one of the highest frequencies of any plant found on the planet. Blue lotus was used as a visionary plant - to open intuition and connect to source frequency. It was the symbol for a key to good health, life force energy, rebirth and the symbol for the origins of life. The effects of consuming Blue Lotus Tea includes enhancing mood, a feeling of upliftment and relaxation as well as feeling connected to ones intuitive gifts.
I will be adding fresh ginger and blue butterfly pea flower to our brew xxx
Contraindications: Blue Lotus should not be consumed if you take anti-diabetes medication such as insulin or else the blood sugar levels may go down to a dangerous level.
(It should not be taken during pregnancy or if you have certain allergies. If you are on other medications, then it should be consumed only after a consultation with your medical professional.)

Nurture Studio Huntly - 175 Kimihia Road, Huntly
There are limited parks down the driveway at the studio and plenty of street parking. You can park on the grass closest to our property, on the opposite side, and a bit further up the road on the right-hand side. Please be mindful not to park on our neighbour's property nor lawn, as we would like to keep friends with them :)
Coming into the studio, please remove your outside footwear, feel free to bring along slippers or warm socks if you feel like it.
